Federico Miró (Málaga, Spain, 1991) is a painter who explores natural landscapes through a technique reminiscent of textile art, creating visual effects that evoke woven fabrics. His work reflects on time and materiality in painting. He earned a Fine Arts degree from the University of Málaga (2013) and a Master’s from the Complutense University of Madrid (2014). He has exhibited at galleries such as F2, Marta Cervera, and Gallery Red, winning awards like the BMW Painting Prize (2017) and the Manuel Ángeles Ortiz Prize.
